You will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an additional email with shipment and tracking information from UPS Ground.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns. we only process exchanges. shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility when shipping an item back to paint cosmetics during the exchange process. we do not process exchanges on overly used products. “overly used products” will be determined at our discretion. products purchased at our retail locations can only be exchanged at the store where the item was originally purchased from. online purchases may only be exchanged online.
WE WANT YOU TO BE completely SATISFIED WITH your Paint cosmetics purchase. if for any reason you are not, MERCHANDISE PURCHASED online CAN BE EXCHANGED BY MAIL WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE for the purchase price (minus the shipping and taxes).

ONCE CONTACTED, CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS on how to start the exchange process. it is the customer responsibility to pay the shipping fee when exchanging an item. Please keep a record of tracking number when exchanging an item. we are not responsible for lost items when customer ships out an exchange to paint cosmetics. PLEASE NOTE THAT EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 7 days FROM THE TIME THE ITEMS ARE RECEIVED AT OUR WAREHOUSE.
